Nyeri Residents Blame MP Rigathi`s Arrest Over Kiambaa UDA Victory
The people of Nyeri and a section of senators such as Senator Kiprotich Arap Cherargei claimed on Friday 23rd that the Mathira Member of Parliament Rigathi`s arrest was due to the Kimbaa victory that was taken by United Democratic Alliance Party`s Wanjiku Njuguna.

According to the Nyeri Residents, they are now being targeted since they are supporting Kenya`s Deputy President William Ruto.
Others demanded to know reasons why the Directorate of Criminal Investigations {DCI} took MP Rigathi Gachagua to Nairobi police station yet there`s a cell in Nyeri.
However, Kenyan Blogger Lord Abraham Mutahi stated in a tweet “Rigathi Gachagua's case began even before the Kiambaa MP died. His case is almost three years old. But as usual, the former DO has told Tangatanga supporters that he is being targeted because of Kiambaa. He now claims the people of Nyeri are being targeted. We are TRULY gullible!”.
Honorable Rigathi Gachagua was arrested on Friday morning over alleged Sh12 billion scandals.
