ODM Leader Raila Mourns Fallen Industrialist Chris Kirubi
ODM party leader Raila Odinga has mourned fallen businessman and Industrialist Chris Kirubi who died on Monday 14th evening.
According to former Kenya`s prime minister, he referred to Kirubi as a friend, an entrepreneur, and a mentor.
Kirubi died at the age of 80 years after a long illness.
The renowned businessman and industrialist was flown to the United States in November 2017 where he was diagnosed with colon cancer.

Chris was a director at Centum Investment Company and the largest individual shareholder of the conglomerate.
He was also the chairman of Brand Kenya, DHL Express Kenya Limited, Haco Industries Kenya Limited, Kiruma International Limited, International House Limited, Nairobi Bottlers Limited, Sandvik East Africa Limited, and 98.4 Capital FM.
In addition, he was also associated with Two Rivers Mall.
However, Kirubi`s death comes barely hours after he tweeted a post on his Twitter account on Monday, June 14th encouraging Kenyan s to have a great day and week ahead. His demise has been perceived as the list expected.
Mombasa County Governor Ali Hassan Joho has also grieved the fallen leader as a philanthropist who believed in the Kenyan dream.
