Overnight Vegan Oatmeal Recipe
Oatmeal is a favorite healthy breakfast meal. This recipe is the best healthy breakfast option as it is gluten-free. Therefore, this oatmeal dish is vegan-friendly.
Oats are a whole grain packed with fibers and act as antioxidants too. There are various ways of preparing oatmeal. Overnight oatmeal is preferred to oatmeal prepared and eaten immediately. One can meal prep the oatmeal before bed and refrigerate them overnight.
Below is one of the methods one can use to prepare their morning bowl of overnight oatmeal.
Ingredients
Half a cup of rolled oats
One cup of almond milk
One medium- sized banana
A couple of strawberries
A handful of blackcurrants/raisins
One apple
Nutmeg
Honey/maple syrup/chocolate syrup
Procedure
Wash and cut up all the apple, banana, and strawberries
Pour oatmeal into a bowl
Add milk into the bowl of oatmeal
Add the cut fruits into the bowl
Add the raisins and blackcurrants
Mix all the ingredients in the bowl and place it in the refrigerator overnight
Remove from the refrigerator
Add honey/ maple syrup/ chocolate syrup
Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg on top
Eat and enjoy your breakfast.

You can eat the meal cold or warm it a bit.
