Wanjaro's death is still surrounded by so many mysteries as the suicide note he left on his phone indicated that he took his own life over Ksh 700, 000 debt.

The deceased went missing on July 14th after he sent his friends a text message that he was jumping into the River Tana due to depression over a Ksh700,000 debt he owed.

“When I’ll go missing don’t waste a lot of time looking for me. My body will be in River Sagana,” read the suicide note.

However, his father Njaro Wairatu refuted the claims citing they are fake.

He also added that his son had no debt for anyone or that he was mentally unfit. Wairati stated that his son Wanjaro called him at around 4.30 am on July 14 and he sounded scared where he told him that he had been abducted.

His body was found four days later in Masinga dam in Embu county while his car was found at the bridge of River Sagana.
