Ingredients

250g spaghetti

Vegetable oil

½ kg Minced meat

2 blended tomatoes

Finely chopped coriander

Thinly cubed green bell pepper

Evenly sliced onion

A tablespoon crushed garlic

Paprika

Water

Salt

Preparation

Boil water in a large pan. A large pan prevents the spaghetti from sticking together during boiling.

Add salt to taste and the cooking oil in the boiling water.

Add the spaghetti to the water. You can place the spaghetti in whole or break it into your desired sizes.

Let them cook for 10 minutes, ensure they are well cooked and not sticky.

Drain your spaghetti, get rid of all the water.

To cool off the spaghetti and prevent further heating, you can pass the spaghetti in cold water.

Add some oil, crushed garlic, and the sliced onions on another pan, then sauté until translucent.

Add the bell pepper, salt, tomatoes, paprika, and other preferred spices, allow them to simmer for three minutes.

Add the minced meat and some water and bring it to boil to allow it to cook thoroughly.
