Pochettino Arrives in Manchester with PSG for UCL amid Man United Speculations
Mauricio Pochettino has landed in Manchester ahead of the Paris Saint Germain Champions League match against Manchester City on Wednesday night.
The former Spurs manager has heavily been linked with Manchester United hot seat since Ole Gunnar's sacking and has arrived in the city for the PSG European clash.
Pochettino waved to the cameras as he and his PSG team touched down at Manchester Airport on Tuesday afternoon.
Manchester United, for now, has appointed Michael Carrick as the caretaker manager as their search for a permanent replacement for the club’s legend Ole Gunnar is underway.
Sportsmail revealed on Monday that Pochettino is interested in taking up the Manchester United managerial role this season.
It’s understood that the Argentine manager is prepared to leave PSG now because he is unhappy in the French capital.
Pochettino was heavily linked with the United job when Ole Gunnar replaced Jose Mourinho in December 2018 and is still admired by the Old Trafford hierarchy.
