President Ruto is in Nakuru for Cadets Pass- out Parade
President William Ruto Is expected to attend the Cadets pass out today in Nakuru
The President of Kenya, H. E William Ruto is expected to officially give out the cadets. The event is a formal graduation after the completion of a course by military. The cadets undergo a series of training and exercise in order to sharpen their military skillsin. It is afterthe training that they are assigned duties.
Being the Commander In Chief, the Presidents has to be present on the event. The parrade fills with the recruits. They start by performing for the president as they shwcase. They will also take oaths of allegience, swearing to dutiflly andunwaveringly perform all the duties and responsibilities assigned to themin their prospective capasities and, with the undying comitment, defend and protect the sovereignityand territorial integrity of the nation..
The president will honor them by congratulating them and acknowledging their hardwork. The pass-outs will elevate the soldiers in society and the privilage comes in heavy and demands responsibility.
Among those who may attend includes the Cabinet Secretary for Defence, Chief of theDefence Forces, Service Commanders, General Officers, MWAK officials, Senior officers, Officers, Service Members and the Recruit`s family members
