President Uhuru Kenyatta has expressed his condolences to the family of Francis Mwaura Ngugi, a Kiambu businessman who died on Sunday.

Francis Mwaura passed away on March 13th Sunday.

Mr. Mwaura, 73, was married to Mrs. Margaret Mwaura, a long-time State House employee.

The Head of State praised the late Mwaura as a hardworking and patriotic Kenyan who made a substantial contribution to the country's service industry in his message of comfort and encouragement.

Mr. Mwaura, the founder of Frank Midland Insurance, will be missed by many Kenyans, especially those whose lives he positively influenced, according to the President.

"Mr. Mwaura was a dedicated Kenyan who worked to develop the country's service economy, particularly the insurance business, where his Frank Midland Insurance firm is credited with generating numerous possibilities for Kenyans," said President Kenyatta.

The late Francis Mwaura, according to the Head of State, was a devout Christian who worked tirelessly to ensure that peace and harmony reigned in society.

"In this time of grief, I express my condolences to the late Francis Mwaura Ngugi's family, relatives, and friends. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers," the President stated.

He prayed to God for the bravery, fortitude, and strength to suffer the loss of Mr. Mwaura's family.
