The President said there is no need for those behind the illegal guns to wait for the police to arrest them and face the law, as they can volunteer themselves to go and work at the government firearms factory in Ruiru.

According to Uhuru the manufacturers of illegal guns have developed skills that can be used at the newly opened firearms factory in Ruiru.
