On September 19, the pair walked alongside the Queen's coffin as it made its final journey from Westminster Hall to Westminster Abbey.

Hundreds of thousands of mourners had formed a line to pass Britain's longest-reigning monarch's coffin at London's historic Westminster Hall.

The oak coffin, draped in the Royal Standard flag with the Imperial State Crown on top, was placed on a gun carriage and pulled by naval personnel to Westminster Abbey for the funeral shortly before 11 a.m. local time.

Queen Elizabeth II's coffin was covered with the wreath containing foliage of Rosemary, English Oak, and Myrtle (cut from a plant grown from Myrtle in The Queen's wedding bouquet) and flowers, in shades of gold, pink and deep burgundy, with touches of white, cut from the gardens of Royal Residences.
