Raila Meets Orengo & Oparanya amid ODM Cracks over BBI
Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga on Monday held a meeting with Senator James Orengo after the latter contradicted his party boss over constituencies proposed by BBI.

ODM leader Raila Odinga has been under siege with the party’s top-ranking members of his party openly contradicting him and others daring him to a political duel.
Former CoG Wycliffe Oparanya teamed up with Senator Orengo and his troops, warning the sharing of 70 new constituencies “will divide the country”.
However on Monday ODM leader Raila Odinga held discussions with Oparanya, Orengo, and Charity Ngilu where Siaya Senator posted on Twitter saying the meeting was refreshing.
Kitui governor Charity Ngilu said during the meeting, she strongly encouraged the unity of purpose to prevail in ODM especially amongst leaders who have shown great purpose in moving this country forward.
The defiance saw for the first time since their last political face-off in 2002, Orengo dared Raila to bring it on, saying he will never be intimidated to stop speaking his mind.
