This is the following of 128 Kenyans including politicians who were appointed to various parastatal. This is after the court ruled that the appointments were unconstitutional.
30 days have been requested by the attorney general to all the judgment. Among those appointed during that period includes; Julius Karangi, former governor Benjamin Cheboi, and Margaret Saitoti. The fact that there was no public advertisement for the positions- is one of the reasons making it among the mean of being unconstitutional.
