On November 22, Musk said that the launch that was originally planned for November 29 had been postponed even though he didn't provide a later date.

“Holding off relaunch of Blue Verified until there is high confidence of stopping impersonation,” he stated.

Elon also further recommended developing a fresh approach to distinguishing between official organizations' and peoples' Twitter usernames.

“Will probably use different color checks for organizations and individuals,” he added.

Musk claimed that he was working on enabling Twitter to offer quality videos with higher creator pay in an effort to outdo other social media juggernauts.

Textual artists will benefit from the service as well as video creators who can sell their work.

Following the Anti-Defamation League's (ADL) declaration that it would terminate its partnership with Twitter as a result of Musk's recent policy changes, Musk made his announcement.

After customers abused the rule and obtained blue ticks using fictitious identities, Musk suspended the blue verification subscription on November 11.

The rise of pseudo-verified accounts on Twitter made the social media platform rethink its decision.
