R.I.P! Kalembe Ndile Is Dead

Former Kibwezi West Constituency Member of Parliament Kalembe Ndile is dead. Kenyans received this rather heartbreaking news on Sunday 30th May 2021 morning after being announced by the family.

As per the statement released by the family, Kalembe Ndile had initially been diagnosed with cancer and has been battling with it all along. He has been undergoing therapy routinely until Sunday morning when his heart stopped pumping.

Kalembe passed on at the age of 57 living behind a widow and their kids. He died while receiving his routine medical treatment at the Nairobi Hospital. His body remains have since been moved to Lee Funeral Home as it awaits burial program to be outlined.

Kalembe is well known for his heroics while in the Kenyan 9th parliament. He contributed immensely to the protection and playing a key role in implementing our Kenyan constitution. He is also well remembered for being locked out of the parliamentary elections due to the fact that he did not hold a degree yet Member of Parliament aspirants were all required to be having this document. His famous argument is remembered with is for questioning the system whether there is one person who does not know that degrees are nowadays being sold in various streets in our country and thus should be allowed to vie for this seat.
