Sophia Wanuna's Interview With DP Rigathi Sparks Outrage Online

Kenyans on Twitter (KOT) have criticized Sophia's interviewing skills, claiming that her interviewing angle appeared to irritate the Deputy President. A number of Kenyans urged Wanuna to improve her interviewing skills and try to imitate international interviewers.

According to the interview, Wanuna was seen not giving DP Rigathi enough time to express himself and appeared to shut him down at one point while he was speaking.

Some Kenyans believe Sophia Wanuna should show some respect for DP Rigathi because he is the country's senior official.

Ezekiel Mutua, CEO of the Music Copyright Society of Kenya, has also chastised Sophia Wanuna for being unprofessional while interviewing deputy president Rigathi Gachagua. Here's what he said on his Twitter account:

Eish. . .Sophia Wanuna, you are not interviewing a political candidate. Rigathi Gachagua is the Deputy President of the Republic of Kenya. Give him time to explain his points. You can conduct a professional interview without bellicose jingoism!
