According to information obtained by Bright Kenya News, officers from the AP and GSU have been deployed in the two areas in a bid to prevent election malpractices and thwart any attempts of instigating Violence.

The Principle Secretary Dr. Karanja Kibicho told Kenyans on Monday 17th that there were plans to cause violence tomorrow and thereafter blame the Kenyan Government for the mess, as it has been the cause in the past by-elections.

"They were planning to cause violence but their plans have been thwarted. Innocent youths were hired as far as Muranga county and in Kiandutu slums in Thika, by one of the political leaders in this nation of ours. We have needed up our security level in the two areas," Kibicho said.

On the other hand, ODM Party leadership in Kisii on Monday 17th threatened to reject the outcomes of the Bonchari Mini-polls citing elections rigging and irregularities signs.

"I have respected President Uhuru together with his Government but as of now, I want to say that things aren't good. I'm speaking this without the fear of being intimidated, yesterday ballot papers were seen inside a car belonging to one of the senior Government officials, who was ending to Bonchari," Honorable Opiyo wandayi stated.
