According to the chief agent, he termed the Bomas of Kenya as a crime scene since they were not certified with the IEBC results.

Kanchori claimed that they had received intelligence indicating that the system had been compromised by unknown individuals.

"We have intelligence reports that the IEBC system was penetrated and hacked and that some of the IEBC officials had actually committed intellectual offenses and some of them ought to be arrested," Kanchori stated.

He also stated that their party leader would not be able to attend the event until they would verify the results released by the IEBC.

"We were not in any position to ask our party leader to come before we actually verify results, which we have not done," Kanchori stated.

Kanchori was joined by Siaya Governor-elect James Orengo, Kisumu Governor-elect Anyang' Nyong'o, and Rarieda MP-elect Otiendo Amollo, all of whom declined to comment.

Several leaders have been seen walking out of the venue after waiting for more than 2 hours for the presidential results to be released.
