This is not the BBI I expected, Njama Nduhio

BBI had no river to cross and I think, some people possibly wanted BBI to be able to get positions in government, more money.

This is not the BBI I expected, Njama Nduhio
Njama Nduhio, a nonigerian ( people aged between 90-100 years)

"I am a supporter of the BBI and I was expecting BBI to reduce the expenditure. In the contrary the BBI that I have gone through has increased the expenditure. For example, instead of having 290 constituencies, they have suggested addition of 70 constituencies.

Number two, if you go through the BBI, you will only see increase of expenditure,

more salaries, more whatever and we were expecting, those of us who are not politicians, that BBI would reduce the expenditure of the country.

I wonder what people should do to reduce the expenditure instead of asking the president and treasury more money to constituencies.

If the 290 constituencies are not getting enough, how can we support the 360 if we add more constituencies? That is lack of planning, according to me.

Am not a politician, an old man is actually thinking about that one.

This BBI has increased all the expenses instead of reducing.

I was thinking that the BBI would help constituencies to be able to develop projects that could bring money to the country. For example, myself as a person, I plant an irrigation for 290 farms on Kagumo River. It was passed 10 years ago to irrigate 290 farms and I think the government should look into projects that will bring money to the country instead of giving more expenditure.

Now, personally, let me be very frank, BBI had no river to cross and I think, some people possibly wanted BBI to be able to get positions in government, more money.

That is my opinion on BBI."
