Vanilla Ice Cream
Ice cream is commonly used as a dessert or for refreshments. Here is an easy vanilla ice cream recipe you can try at home.
Ingredients
¾ cup of white sugar
I cup of heavy whipping cream
2¼ cups of milk
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
Method of preparation
Stir the sugar, whipping cream and milk into a saucepan on low heat until the sugar dissolves
Heat the mix until it starts foaming
Transfer the cream mixture to another container
Stir in the vanilla extract and mix it thoroughly and chill it overnight
Pour the chilled mix into an ice cream maker and let it churn between 20-30 minutes
Fill an air-tight tin with the ice cream and freeze for almost 3 hours.
Remove the ice cream from the freezer and serve.
