VIDEO: Corruption In Kenya Is Grounded in 'Security Secrets' Laments DP Ruto
Deputy President William Ruto has lamented that the mysteries in the security sector are the basis for the rising corruption in Kenya.
Otieno Cynthia Speaking in an interview on Wednesday, 11th May, Ruto affirmed that the mysteries surrounding the security sector are the reasons Kenya cannot get any value from the resources deployed in the sector.
Kenya Kwanza flag bearer added that it's now time for Kenya to get value from the resources in security.
He suggested that this can be achieved by legalizing the purchase of guns and introducing the Inspector General's budget.
