Kakamega Highschool dormitories in Kakamega county have been razed down by morning inferno.
The school went down into flames on Saturday 6th November barely days after Education Ministry had announced that all students will go back home for a five days midterm break from November 19th to 23rd November.
However, According to former Kakamega Senator Bonny Khalwale stated that the fire was caused by students.

On Friday 5th Muhoho Highschool in Kiambu County was shut down indefinitely after students left the school peacefully stating that they wanted a midterm break.
On the other hand, it is alleged that the student told the school head that they will text him when they will return back to school.
Muhoho High School have peacefully left the school. They told the Principal instead of burning the school, they want a break. The interesting bit is that they have told the Principal they will text him back on when they will come back.
