VIDEO: Man Chased from a Meeting for Chanting DP Ruto`s Name

A man was forcefully chased away from a meeting organized by Kakamega county governor Wycliffe Oparanya, for chanting Deputy President William Ruto`s name.

According to close sources, the meeting was being held at Ikolomani Constituency.

In a viral video seen by Bright Kenya News, the man can be seen complaining that he was beaten for the strong support he had for DP Ruto.

In another similar incident, a presser from United Democratic Alliance (UDA) youths in Kakagema on October 29 was forced to end prematurely after a man slapped the speaker.

Following charges that former Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale embezzled cash granted by the DP for small companies in Kakamega, a supporter disrupted a meeting convened by Kakamega youth leaders to address UDA's position.

The man intervenes and smacks the speaker on the back after mentioning Khalwale's name, telling him to end the meeting and stop talking about the former senator.

“Leave Khalwale alone! If it is dying then am ready to die. Leave Khalwale or I will beat you. You are not going to say anything concerning Khalwale. There will not be a conference on Khalwale. If it is dying then let it be,” interrupted the Khalwale supporter.
