Zinedine Zidane has recently been linked with the Manchester United The Red Devils’ latest outing would see them face off with Leicester City over the weekend, their first real test of the campaign.

However, Man United would lose the tie 4-2, meaning they have now failed to win any of their last three PL ties.

This has seen United already slip five points off top spot and three points off 3rd place Manchester City, even though Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City have all had to play each other already this term and United have only had to face Leicester from the top sides.

And, with United’s run of fixtures set to get harder in the coming weeks, it is easy to imagine them slipping further down the table very soon.

This has, of course, led to speculation over Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s future at Old Trafford, with Zinedine Zidane one of the names linked with the job of late.

However, Zidane’s stance on making the switch to Man United, or any Premier League club for that matter, has been made clear.

As per Sport Witness citing French journalist Frédéric Hermel, Zidane ‘has never been interested in the Premier League and surely never will be’.
