Crispy Potato Wedges Recipe (With No Oven)
Do not let the lack of an oven limit you from enjoying some crispy delicious potato wedges. Here is how you can make potato wedges without baking them in an oven
Ingredients
Potatoes
Paprika
Turmeric
Cooking oil
Crushed/grated garlic
Black pepper
Salt
Water
Procedure
Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into wedges or a preferred shape
Place them in a sufuria, then add enough water to boil them
Add salt, turmeric, and paprika or any other preferred seasoning and stir
Add crushed garlic and cook until soft
Drain water from the potatoes and let them cool for some minutes
Place enough oil in the sufuria
Deep fry the potatoes until crisp and golden brown
Season with some black pepper
Serve your tomato wedges with sauces of choice.
