OFFICIAL: Atletico Madrid Signs Rodrigo De Paul
Atletico Madrid has officially signed Rodrigo De Paul from Udinese on a five-year deal after undergoing medicals in Buenos Aires on Monday.

Atletico’s manager Simeone has been key to convincing his compatriot to sign for the LaLiga champions after a season where he scored nine goals and mustered 10 assists in Serie A.
After having a successful season in Italy, De Paul became a Copa America champion with Argentina who won their first big trophy in 28 years.
The agreement was reached weeks earlier but his signing was expected to be announced after the tournament came to an end.
In 2013, Atletico Madrid's boss had claimed that De Paul was one of the greatest Argentine talents, and fast forward 8 years, and now the two men will now join forces.
De Paul’s agent Agustin Jimenez is an old acquaintance for Atletico as he is also Correa’s representative and he was key to the team's effort to sign the Argentine star.
