A 12-year old girl has been admitted to hospital in Samburu after rape by two young men in Lpartuk.
The defiled girl who is in grade 2 lives with the grandmother was attacked and raped at 1:00 am. She was admitted to Samburu Referal Hospital as she was in bad shape after the loss of lots of blood.
The medics in the hospital took immediate actions to rescue her life. Samburu sub-county police commander, Alex Rotich said that two suspects have been arrested and kept in Maralal police station. They are to be arraigned in court, according to the police commander.
