At least 3 killed In Kabul Airport Amid Afghans & Taliban`s Protest
At least three people have been killed this morning on Monday 16th August In Kabul Airport as Afghans tried to exit Taliban following frequent violence that has been reported lately.
Christine Juma According to reports reaching bright Kenyan News states the casualties at Kabul international were reported after US troops fired shots on desperate crowds who sought to flee the country on the last flights.
Apparently, the U.S. military extended its footprint to the civilian terminal, where thousands of desperate Afghans—many of whom used to work for American forces—continued to flock as the victorious Taliban combed Kabul for those who had collaborated with the West.
U.S. Marines fired warning shots late on Sunday when hundreds of Afghans who breached the perimeter rushed to board an idling C-17 transport aircraft, a Western military official said.
However, from the viral video concerns have been raised on the safety of women and Children as only men can be seen running for their safety.
