Meshack Otieno is a Juja-based artisan who warms Kenyan`s hearts with his super welding skills.

He decided to make a change in his life and those of his community by using his Juakali artisanry skills to make modern beds.
He recently got a major boost from the government when he was contracted to make and supply over 500 hospital beds to 10 public hospitals.
Otieno`s yard today has over 20 new employees.
Otieno went viral in late 2020 June after he made various and modern hospital beds as Kenyans implemented on home-based care for Covid-19 patients.
