Reactions as Uhuru Laughs During President Samia`s Briefing
A video of President Uhuru Kenyatta breaking into laughter at State House on Tuesday 4th during Tanzania's President Samia Suluhu`s press briefing has sparked mixed reactions online.

On Tuesday evening, a funny video emerged on social media, showing President Uhuru struggling to hide his laughter while President Samia was speaking.
President Samia decided to use Uhuru's rare Swahili term of "nitatia kidole", which loosely translates to "I will sign and approve", this saw Uhuru plunge into laughter huge laughter.
It remains unknown why the President was laughing, especially how he struggled to hide the lighter but would not manage to do so.
"Tutaa..nitumie lugha ya mheshimiwa Rais, tutaeka kidole hivi karibuni, lakini an pia tuko kwenye mazungumzo kuumaliza," said President Suluhu Hassan.
