Stress if controlled can lead to detrimental effects on our mental, health, lifestyle, and our social life. This article is going to pinpoint ways that you can use to manage stress and keep cool.

It is any form of discomfort, discontentment, or worry about events that take place in your life.

Always try to pinch yourself to prove that it is true that it has happened and so admit. For instance, you lost your loved one, lost your job, or any event that has happened to you. Accept that it has happened but at least God willing they will be a way out of this.

If you like to have a diary of events then it is good to note it down in a book of records as a bad day for you. Writing to some people generally functions well to eliminate stress. Sleeping has proved to work exceptionally well for many. Sleeping helps cool your mind, relieve memories and worries. Sleeping also cools your muscles so on waking up you will have at least some calmness.

You should never at one point when under stress try to stay aloof with others. Staying aloof could now be; switching off your phone, TV, radio, and out of social media. Also, do not stay away from people or in seclusion. When stressed up always seek to be close to where people are, don’t worry if they would know you are bothered. In fact, their concern will make you know you are also cared for and this eliminates suicidal thoughts that may crop in you.

Stress can be very detrimental when they marry hunger with them. Always try to eat when stressed to at least give your body energy to calm you down. If you don’t appetite consider eating fruits to boost your appetite e.g. bananas, oranges, and pineapples.

Stress if not controlled can be fatal, lead to depression, deteriorate your health, make you stagnated, and lead to suicidal thoughts.
