It was raining goals in Mombasa after Bandari utilized the opportunity against the wounded Sharks who had lost their last four matches into this game.

It was Kasumba, Wadri and Mosha's brace that made sure coach Andre Cassa Mbungo's promised redemption came to pass as promised in the prematch interview.

The Dockers who had lost two matches and drawn as many since the league resumed last month remain 6th on log with 31 points as the Sharks but ahead on goal difference and a game on hand.

Bandari went ahead as early as the 16th minute through striker Kasumba with an incredible diving header. The home time kept pushing for the second and did not take long before they were awarded a penalty on the 29th minute thanks to the brilliant footworks of Kasumba to bring a cross that resulted to a faul by the Sharks goalkeeper which was calmly converted by William Wadri.

Sharks tried to respond in the 40th minute through Kapaito but saw his well driven shot parried away by the Burundian international keeper Justin Ndikumana to keep his cleansheet in the first half.

The Sharks began the second half with good attack that resulted to a penalty on the 46th minute which Kapaito converted to reduce the scoreline.

Bandari immediately restored their dominance and responded on the 55th minute with a sensational goal from Mosha before adding his second on the 63rd to cancel any comeback hopes for the Sharks.
