TIFA Polls: Sakaja Leads in Nairobi Gubernatorial Race Polls
If elections were held today, Nairobi Senator Johnson Sakaja would win the gubernatorial race by 23 per cent of the total votes cast, followed by the latest entrant, Mr Polycarp Igathe, with 15 per cent of the votes.

This is according to the April 2022 opinion polls conducted by Tifa Research, which also shows that more than half of Nairobi voters are still undecided on their preferred gubernatorial candidate three months to the polls.
Despite having dropped out of the race, Richard Ngatia would still get three percent of the votes while the current governor Anne Kananu, who has also dropped out of the race in favour of Igathe, would get one percent of the votes.
Businesswoman Agnes Kagure would get one percent while other candidates would share the remaining four percent of the votes.
Azimio la Umoja - One Kenya Alliance is the most popular political alliance in Nairobi at 42 percent followed by Kenya Kwanza at 22 percent. 36 percent of the respondents are still undecided about their preferred political alliance.
In the Presidential race, Azimio's Raila Odinga leads with 41 percent of the vote followed by Kenya Kwanza's William Ruto at 26 percent. The other candidates would share one percent of Nairobi votes if elections were held today, while 32 percent remain undecided.
Esther Passaris is still leading the race for Woman Representative, although 63.3 percent of the voters are still undecided. She is followed by UDA's Millicent Omanga at 6.2 percent and Wangui Nganga at 1.1 percent.
Others in the race include Rachel Shebesh (0.7 percent), Cecilia Mwangi (0.4 percent), Nadya Khan (0.3 percent) and Beatrice Kwamboka (0.2 percent).
