Gathogo Wanjiru Left Back Jose Gaya gave the visitors the lead with an outrageous long-range strike before Ansu Fati restored parity with a sublime finish of his own.
Spain forward was then fouled by Gaya for a penalty which Memphis Depay powered home to ease the pressure on Ronald Koeman before Philippe Coutinho added a late third.
Barcelona is currently at position seven in the La Liga table with fifteen points.
