Easy Pork Loaded Chips Masala Recipe
This recipe is a perfect quick dish for lunch. You can turn your leftover fries into a whole meal using this flavorful recipe.
Ingredient
Leftover chips (you can make them from scratch)
¼ kg of pork
2 tomatoes
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
A bunch of coriander
Tomato sauce
Soy sauce
Paprika
Black pepper
Chili flakes (optional)
Salt
Cooking oil
Preparation
Chop the onions, grind the garlic and slice the tomatoes
Finely chop the coriander and cut the pork into thin strips.
Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat.
Put onions, garlic and let them cook until they turn golden brown.
Add paprika, black pepper, and chili flakes to the pan and let it cook for a while.
Add the tomatoes and some tomato sauce to the mix, stir, and let them simmer.
Then add a tablespoon of salt, and stir the mixture.
Cook until it thickens then add some soy sauce.
Add the pork strips into the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes
Add the chips into the mix and gently stir to prevent them from breaking.
Sprinkle some dhania, and you will have completed the pork-loaded chips masala recipe.
