Effects of Drinking Water

Water is one of the essential components in our body and one should not have limits while taking it. But scientifically there are different health effects of Water that one needs to know especially when drinking it at particular hours.

Effects of Drinking Water

Well, below are the major effects that are attributed to drinking water when taken at these hours.

1. Drinking Water before going to bed: Do not drink water when you're about to go to bed this is because it can cause disruptions in your sleep as you will be forced to visit the washroom regularly while you need to be sleeping.

2.Over drinking water: Passing colored urine is dangerous and unhealthy so you need to drink water regularly to clear it off but do not overdo it. Apparently, if you see that your urine is colorless, you should reduce the amount of water you take in a day. This is because the colorlessness shows that your body is properly hydrated and adding excess water can lead to reduced levels of sodium in your body.

3.Water after meals: Most people do that but it's very dangerous. It can cause serious problems of indigestion. Water decreases the release of saliva in your mouth causing food to accumulate in your body which can be harmful.

4.Over drinking a lot of water is harmful because it strains and stresses the kidneys from doing their function and this can be toxic to your health.
