Kirinyaga governor Ann Waiguru is currently in court to testify as a prosecution witness against ex-Devolution PS Peter Mangiti and former  National Youth Service {NYS} boss Nelson Githinji and 22 others over Sh791 million fraud.

However, the Prosecution has asked the court to bar journalists from covering the Kirinyaga Boss`s testimony as a witness in the Sh791 NYS scandal case citing fear of misreporting and interpretations.
