Well below are the daily routines you need to adapt to especially if you are a lady.
1. Hygiene: It is advisable to always maintain good hygiene from your body and the surrounding. Take a bath daily and then dry your body with a clean towel thereafter hung the towel in an exposed place {on the sun} or open air. Remember this is to prevent the accelerated growth of bacteria in the body.


2. Underwear: Put on cotton underwears to prevent retaining moisture. This is because underwear that retains moisture can increase bacteria levels on the body. 


3. Soaps: Do not wash your private part with any soap or soapy water but rather do it with clear and clean water. This is because Soap/ soapy water has chemicals that alter the PH and thus may lead to a bad smell.


4.Food: Watch your diet and do more fruits such as citrus fruits, yogurts mostly. These foods will help in lowering the bad odour by controlling bacteria growth in the private part.
