Earlier today speaker of the senate ken Lusaka denied UDAs Murang’a gubernatorial flag bearer Mr. Irungu Kang’ata access to senate proceedings after he discovered he was addressing the senate from a brothel in Nairobi.
According to reports he was in a well-known brothel Sabina joy is known to quench the thirst of over 20000 men in a month for just sh 200.
Sabina joy is the only place where sex is readily available for a fee which is also a death warrant as not everybody offering sex is safe.
When the senator logged in the Ken Lusaka noticed that he was so drunk he could barely walk. The senate speaker also noted a lot of background noise and loud music playing
“Mr. Speaker, he is in a bar. He is in Sabina Joy, he is in Sabina Joy Mr. speaker,” said one of the senators.
The speaker barred Mr. Kang’ata from speaking citing that the rules of conduct are clear and he should only speak in an appropriate place.
