Main Outputs and Responsibilities for This Position
- Have a clear understanding of the use, maintenance, and cleaning procedures of all equipment.
- Take 100% responsibility for the quality of baked items and display
- Follow guidelines always as far as portion sizes, cooking and baking techniques
- Keep products at a sufficient level to ensure smooth service.
- Portion bulk cooked and dry ingredients and store as per Mugg & Bean specifications
- Bake products are required for kitchen sections.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation at all times
- Always follow safe food handling practices
- Maintain daily and weekly cleaning schedules
- Receive products for the daily baking activities and sign for the issued stock
- Follow the recipes as per the bakery recipe file
- Perform any reasonable task as requested by management
- Relieve or assist in other sections if and when necessary
Education and Experience
- Diploma/certificate in hospitality and tourism management/food production.
- Minimum of 1-year relevant working experience
