Procurement Officer Dies at the Overturned Trailer Accident Along Thika Road
A procurement officer died instantly On Thika Road near TRM in Nairobi County after their lorry transporting alcohol toppled.

According to information from the Thika Road traffic police commander, the fatal collision happened about 11 a.m leaving so many crates of alcohol reduced into pieces.
He also further added that the lorry driver lost control of the vehicle as he approached TRM, drove off the road, and overturned.
The lorry driver was transported to Nairobi Town Hospital for emergency treatment, and the milling people worked tirelessly to remove him.

However further reports from the eyewitnesses indicate that it took the officers thirty minutes to extract the procurement's body from the scene.
The two were transporting 120 cartons of beer and alcohol to Thika town.
The deceased's body was taken to the Chiromo hospital mortuary waiting autopsy.
