Residents of Kondele Kisumu County Blocks DP Ruto's Motorcade (Video)

Residents of Kondele Kisumu County on Tuesday blocked Deputy President William Ruto's motorcade while chanting his name. The charged crowd hailed the Deputy President and his hustler narrative while blocking the roads, therefore, forcing Ruto to wave at them.
