Revealed! This is what Killed The Nakuru Doctor
Doctors at Nakuru Hospital have confirmed the main cause of death for Nakuru doctor James Gakara, who was accused of killing his two children, Dylan and Karuana Gakara, by injecting them with a chemical substance before he died.

According to a police investigation, on September 19th, Doctor James injected his two children with human insulin, which resulted in their deaths. He tried suicide after completing his objective, however, it was stated that the suicide attempt failed.
Police were forced to enter his residence and discovered him unconscious. He was brought to the hospital and spent several days in the intensive care unit before passing away on Wednesday, September 22nd.

Something weird happened to him while he was in the ICU, according to the doctor's report, where his blood sugar kept plummeting for several days. They attempted to obtain specific medication for him in Nairobi, but he died before they could administer it.
