Ex-CJ Willy Mutunga Appeals to Kenyans to Rebuild a house for Boniface Mwangi
Former Chief Justice Willy Mutunga is now pleading with Kenyans to assist blogger Boniface Mwangi to build a new family house following the bombing attacks on Wednesday, October 20 night, that Mwangi claimed were taken by Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua`s alleged unknown goons.
Mutunga stated in his statement that reconstructing the house will go a long way toward putting the offenders on notice.
"I appeal to Kenyans who value humanity to help me and others to rebuild Boniface Mwangi’s house to shame those who sponsored the inhuman, cruel, and satanic act of blowing up Mwangi’s house," Mutunga wrote on his Twitter.
Simultaneously, the former Chief Justice said that he was assembling his own team of investigators to look into the incident.
Mutunga`s statement comes barely hours after the Police had commenced investigations into the matter.
According to the police statement that was issued on Twitter on Thursday 21st, a case was submitted at Thika Police Station by one Isaac Ouma over the attack at Mwangi`s Lukenya home.

The police details also revealed that the attack was planned by three unknown men in a white pickup vehicle.
The three individuals allegedly attacked the employees with firearms while attempting to place three detonators in the still-under-construction building.
“The attackers accosted the site workers, robbed them of personal effects, and assaulted the building still under construction with detonators causing three holes. Police have visited the scene and commenced investigations,” the report read in part one.
