KCPE 2021: Ministry of Education Announces Date for Secondary Admission
On Tuesday, PS for Early Learning and Basic Education, Dr. Julius Jwan said that all the 2021 KCPE candidates will be admitted to form one on July 2021 under the government’s 100 percent transition policy.

According to the PS, the candidates are supposed to have joined the secondary schools by July 2021. Jwan was speaking in Testimony Primary School in Eldoret while monitoring the opening of KCPE exams.
The Kenya Certificate for Primary Education (KCPE) commenced on Monday 22nd and is scheduled to end on Wednesday 24th while the Kenya Certificate for Secondary Education (KCSE) will commence on Friday 26th and end on April 21st.
The criteria used for student placement in KCPE 2021 candidates will be based on the student’s performance and the background of the primary school attended.
The form one admission letters will be downloaded from the official ministry of education website and take form to the relevant secondary school for endorsement.
