Christine Juma MP Barasa is seen passing money to his aides from the top of his car in the viral video, telling them to disperse it to the women present.
Barasa, who was wearing a microphone, is seen in the video directing his assistants on how to distribute the money to the audience.
The aides are also seen handing out the same to the women who had gathered at the location.
As the assistants handed the money, women formed lines to receive their part and broke out dancing, rejoicing, and ululating.
The women danced to demonstrate their thanks and gratitude to the MP after collecting their shares.
