A Famous Mt Kenya politician has revealed that she is listening to the ground days after ditching DP Ruto's UDA camp.

Kirinyaga woman rep Wangui Ngirici who is eyeing to unseat Governor Anne Waiguru who recently joined the “hustler movement” has now revealed that the ground is 'listening'.
Waiguru will be seeking re-election in the upcoming polls and the woman rep is expected to give the former a run for her money.

This comes as the outspoken politician ditched the UDA party and declared vying for Kirinyaga gubernatorial seat on an Independent ticket in next year’s polls.
Ngirici claimed her main competitor, Governor Anne Waiguru, would be rigged in by buying the nomination ticket.
She also claimed that UDA officials tried to force her into dropping from the governor race in favour of Waiguru, who is seeking her second term, and instead vie for a parliamentary seat.
