4 Thugs Lynched In Mombasa (VIDEO)

Police in Mombasa had confirmed that the four were surrounded after they broke into the estate with the aim of robbing unsuspecting residents. 

Four thugs caught allegedly breaking into an estate in Liwatoni, Mombasa were beaten to death by an irate mob on Wednesday, March 24.

Tenants of Amani Estate in a video seen by Bright Kenya News descended on the four with crude weapons, while chasing them around the residential area. 

"Let’s lynch these thugs and let it be a lesson to all robbers," the residents shouted as they descended upon the robbers.

Police in Mombasa had confirmed that the four were surrounded after they broke into the estate with the aim of robbing unsuspecting residents. 

The law enforcers added that the gang breached the estate on motorbikes and declined to stop at a security check.

The armed thugs further stabbed a guard who was rushed to hospital after he was met with critical injuries in the belly. 

A second guard who witnessed the attack raised alarm, which woke up the residents who took matters into their own hands.  

Police recovered knives, daggers, and machetes the fallen thugs had used to threaten the residents. 

The bodies of the four robbers were taken to the Coast General Hospital Mortuary in Mombasa.
