“I support her 110 percent for Joining UDA”- Governor Waiguru`s Husband Says

Kirinyaga County Governor Ann Waiguru`s husband Lawyer Kamotho Waiganjo has finally spoken about fully supporting his wife`s move to join Deputy President William Ruto`s United Democratic Alliance party {UDA} on Tuesday 26th.

“I support her 110 percent for Joining UDA”- Governor Waiguru`s Husband Says

Speaking to a local publication in the country, lawyer Waiganjo stated that he supports Waiguru’s decision to ditch President Uhuru Kenyatta’s Jubilee.

“I support her 110 percent. That is her prerogative. Respect demands that I support her,” Waiganjo stated.

He also refuted claims that were posted on social media that he wasn’t going to support or rather join UDA.

“Due to ideological differences, I cannot join UDA leave alone supporting Ruto. In my family of seven, only HE Ann Waiguru (my wife) supports Ruto. Joining Ruto's UDA was her personal decision, and not the position of our family..."

Waiganjo said those were a fake and untrue statements.

“Of course it's not true.” He concluded.

However, governor Anne Waiguru joined UDA after meeting with Deputy President William Ruto at his official Karen Residence.

This comes after she had indicated that she could ditch President Uhuru Kenyatta’s camp and formally join Ruto’s “hustler nation movement”.
