Journalist Robin Njogu to be Buried on Saturday

A fallen journalist Robin Njogu who died on Monday 15th will be buried on Saturday 27th at their home in Cherangany, Trans Nzoia County.

The sad news of the journalist`s demises was first announced by CGTN journalist, Saddique Shaban on social media late hours of Monday 15th. It is believed that the journalist died from COVID-19 related complications, just hours after his mother had passed on.

However, his mother Teresia Njogu was laid to rest on Saturday 20th at her home in Cherangany, Trans Nzoia County.

The deceased Mr. Robin was a Managing Editor at RMS, where he was in charge of all the Radio Stations owned by the Royal Media.

He was also a writer for Citizen TV.  Also, he worked at Capital FM as a reporter before he met his untimely death.

However, Robin who was a frequent person on social Media had gone mute for a long time, with his last Twitter post being on February 17th, 2021. This could only indicate that the journalist has been ailing.
