However, this revelation comes barely a day after  Wanjala`s body was rejected by kin stating that burying him will bring curses to their family afterward.

The late was lynched by angry residents of Muhwea, Bungoma County, two days after his escape from Jogoo road police station.
The incident was confirmed by area Chief Bonface Ndiera who stated that Wanjala was slain in his own village after being identified by residents playing soccer.
Before his mysterious death, he was scheduled to appear in Makadara Law Court on Wednesday, October 13 to face 13 counts of murder.
